Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Socials Organizer, run by Jonathon Ransome, United Arab Emirates (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@socialsorganizer.com.
The beta
Socials Organizer is in an invite-only beta. It's free during the beta, features may change, and things may occasionally break. We'll give you notice before any paid plan starts, and you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your content
The posts in your library belong to the people who made them, and your notes and organisation belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only so we can provide Socials Organizer to you, including sending them to our AI provider to sort them. See the privacy policy.
Connecting your accounts
Socials Organizer reads only what you've saved, using your own sign-ins, and never posts or changes anything on your accounts. You're responsible for using each platform in line with its own terms. Platforms can change or limit access at any time, which may stop a connection from working.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to access other people's data, or to break, overload or get round the limits of the service.
- Don't use Socials Organizer to collect data about other people or to republish content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't resell or automate access to the service without our permission.
Ending your account
You can export your library and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
We provide Socials Organizer with reasonable care and skill, but during the beta it comes “as is”, and we can't promise it will always be available or that every save will sync or be sorted correctly. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you use Socials Organizer as a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
