What's the difference between the trial and signing up without one?
Just how you start. The trial costs $0.99 for 7 days and keeps up to 50 saves from each platform, then your plan starts. Signing up without a trial starts your plan today, with unlimited saves from day 1. Every feature is included either way.
Why do you take my card for the trial?
So your library carries on without a break: the plan you picked starts automatically on day 8. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged again.
What does "50 saves per platform" mean?
During the trial we keep up to 50 saves from each platform you connect, so you can try every platform without one big import using up the trial. Once your plan starts, the rest come in on your next sync.
Is there a free plan?
No. Sorting every save with AI, including watching videos, has a real cost for every save, so there's one paid plan with a low-cost trial.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Go to Settings → Manage subscription and pick the other plan. The change is prorated, so you only pay the difference.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your library first.
Do you give refunds?
We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it. If something's gone wrong, email support@socialsorganizer.com and we'll look at it.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars, including any VAT or sales tax we're required to charge. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
Who handles payments?
Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Receipts and invoices are in Settings → Manage subscription.
