The basics
Which platforms are supported?
X (Twitter) bookmarks, Instagram saved posts, TikTok favourites, LinkedIn saved posts, Threads saved posts (all through the browser extension), plus Reddit saved posts and YouTube liked videos (through their own sign-in). YouTube Watch Later comes in through the extension.
Does it work on my phone?
Your library works in any browser, including on your phone. Syncing Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads needs the extension on a computer; Reddit and YouTube sync on their own.
Do I need the browser extension?
For Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads, yes: they don't let apps read your saves, so the extension reads them from your own signed-in browser. For Reddit and YouTube, no. Instagram, TikTok and Threads can also be imported from the data download each platform offers.
Privacy and safety
Can it post, like or unsave things on my accounts?
No. Syncing is read-only. Hiding or deleting a save in your library doesn't change anything on the platform.
Do you keep copies of videos?
No. Videos are downloaded only long enough to take a few still frames and a transcript, then deleted. Playback uses the platform's own player.
Sorting and your library
Can I use my own categories?
Yes. The AI suggests categories based on what you save, and you can rename, recolour, add, remove or split them whenever you like. You can also describe what belongs in a category, and the AI uses that when filing.
What if the AI puts something in the wrong place?
Drag it to the right category, or change it in the save's details. Your choice always wins, and the AI learns from it. Move several posts from the same person and you'll be offered a rule to file them there automatically.
Can I watch videos and read posts without leaving?
Yes. Click any save and it opens in your library: videos play with the platform's own player, posts and threads show in full, and analysed videos have their transcript alongside.
How do I get new saves in?
Press Sync in your library or the extension's popup. Only what's new comes in. Reddit and YouTube are checked automatically on the schedule you set in Settings.
Can I export my library?
Yes, as CSV or JSON from Settings → Your data. It includes titles, links, categories, tags, notes and transcripts.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
$9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Start with a 7-day trial for $0.99, or sign up without a trial and start your plan straight away.
Can I sign up without the trial?
Yes. Choose Sign up w/o Trial and your plan starts the day you sign up, with unlimited saves from day 1. The trial instead costs $0.99 for 7 days and keeps up to 50 saves from each platform.
What's included in the trial?
Everything, with up to 50 saves from each platform. The rest come in once your plan starts.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your library stays open for 3 days while the payment is retried. Update your card in Manage subscription to keep it open.
What happens to my library if I stop paying?
It's locked, not deleted. Subscribe again and everything's where you left it. To remove it completely, delete your account from Settings.
Still stuck?
Email us and a real person will get back to you. It helps to say which platform and browser you're using.
