Your plan: trial, billing and cancelling

The trial

Your first 7 days cost $0.99, paid when you start. You get every feature, with up to 50 saves from each platform, so you can try them all without one big import using up the trial. Once your plan starts, press Sync and the rest come in.

On day 8, the plan you picked starts automatically: $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Settings shows the date your trial ends.

The trial is once per account. If you come back after cancelling, your plan starts straight away.

Signing up without the trial

Choose Sign up w/o Trial on the website, or No trial on the plan page, and your plan starts the day you sign up: $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year, with unlimited saves from day 1. Everything else is the same.

Managing your plan

Go to Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription. This opens a secure Stripe page where you can:

• switch between monthly and yearly (you only pay the difference);
• update your card;
• download receipts and invoices;
• cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Manage subscription. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged again. If you cancel later, you keep full access until the end of the month or year you've paid for.

When a plan ends, your library is locked rather than deleted: subscribe again and everything is where you left it. If you'd like your data gone, export it first and then delete your account from Settings.

Refunds

We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it. If something has gone wrong, email support@socialsorganizer.com and we'll take a look. The full terms are in our terms of use.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries the payment again over the next few days. Your library stays open for 3 days while that happens; update your card in Manage subscription to sort it out.

Friend codes

If someone has given you a code, create your account, then choose Have a code? on the plan page and enter it. A valid code opens your library without a card.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT or sales tax we're required to charge. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
