Search

The search box at the top looks through titles, captions, people and video transcripts, across every platform. Press ⌘ K (or Ctrl K on Windows) to jump to it from anywhere.

Browse by category, platform or tag

The sidebar lists your categories (with their subcategories), your platforms and your tags. Each category has its own address, so you can bookmark one or keep it open in a tab.

Group and sort

Use Group in the top bar to group what you're looking at by category, platform, tag, author or month saved, or not at all. The sort button switches between newest saved, oldest saved and newest posted.

Layouts

• Smart: each format in its own layout: short videos in a row, long videos, images in a grid, and posts and threads as cards to read.
• List: a compact list, good for scanning lots of saves.
• Gallery: photos and videos only.

Watch and read a save

Click any save to open it alongside your library, without leaving Socials Organizer. Videos play right there with the platform's own player, and posts and threads show in full. From there you can also:

• open the original post on the platform;
• edit its title and change its category;
• read the original caption and, for videos, the transcript;
• see its details: when it was posted and saved, likes and views;
• add tags (with suggestions) and a note about why you saved it.

Favourites and hiding

Star a save to add it to Favourites in the sidebar. Hide saves you're finished with and they leave your library views (they stay under Hidden in the sidebar, and nothing changes on the platform).

Work with several saves at once

Select saves with the tick box that appears when you point at them (or hold ⌘/Ctrl and click; Shift-click selects a run). Then Move to a category, add a tag, or hide them together. You can also drag a selection onto a category in the sidebar.
